Obituary for Jessie G. Mapstone
Jessie G. Mapstone, 101, of Manlius passed away peacefully Wednesday. She was born in Syracuse the daughter of the late James and Beatrice Palmer. Jessie taught music for several years. She was an active member of the Baptist Church in Manlius and The Eastern Star.
Jessie enjoyed golfing and loved music.
Surviving are her; brother, Johnny Palmer; several nieces, nephews great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her husband of 30 years, Carl Mapstone; sisters, Rae (Glenn) Stearns, Doris (Ray) Potter, Violet (Bob) Case, Marilyn (Fred) Crockett; brothers, Bur and Bud Palmer;
