Obituary for Edward William Ihle
Edward W. Ihle, 80, of E. Syracuse, passed away Sunday, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Rochester the son of the late Edward and Genevra Ihle.
Edward was a professor at SU for nearly 30 years until his retirement in 1998
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Mary; daughter, Christina Ihle; son, Robinson (Gloria) Ihle; grandchild, Robert (Missy) Baldwin; great-grandchild, Isabel Baldwin; several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his sister, Margaret Tabor.
Calling hours will be Sunday March 3rd, from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.at the Eaton-Tubbs Fayetteville Chapel, 7191 E. Genesee St. Fayetteville.
