Obituary for Jacob "Jake" Mapstone
Jacob “Jake” Mapstone, 22, of Manlius passed away on February 19, 2019. He was born in Syracuse and graduated from Fayetteville-Manlius High School in 2014. He was employed by Voss Signs in Manlius.
He was a kind soul with a creative mind. He enjoyed camping and working on cars.
He is survived by his parents, Joseph and Diana Mapstone; brother, Andrew J. Mapstone; grandparents, Edward and Alma Mapstone; and aunts, uncles and cousins.
Family and friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 pm on Saturday at the Newell-Fay Manlius Chapel, 8171 Cazenovia Rd., Manlius. A memorial service will follow the calling hours.
