Obituary for Micheal P. Eighmey
Micheal P. Eighmey, 24, of Pompey, passed away May 24, 2019.
Born in Syracuse on March 11, 1995, he was the son of Eugene and Michelle Eighmey. He attended Chittenango Schools. He was employed with Marathon Grounds Care.
Mike was a member of the SAL at American Legion Post 141. He enjoyed softball, hunting and fishing. Mike loved spending time with his family, friends and especially his daughter Evelyn. He had the biggest heart and loved to help others.
He is predeceased by his grandparents and uncle.
Surviving is his daughter, Evelyn Eighmey; his parents, Eugene and Michelle Eighmey; brother, James Dean (Taylor Bill) Eighmey; niece, Harlow Eighmey; grandmother, Jean Cousineau; girlfriend, Melissa White; several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 28 from 4 to 7pm at the Newell-Fay Manlius Chapel, 8171 Cazenovia Road, Manlius. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Wednesday, May 29 at 10am at St. Ann’s Church, Manlius. Burial will be in Manlius Village Cemetery.
