Thomas J. O’Neill, 90, of Kirkville passed away Monday at Crouse Community Center. He was born in Philadelphia, PA and graduated from Northeast High School. He served in the Signal Corp of the US Army from 1948 to 1952.

He was married on April 19, 1952 to Connie A. Luccitti. He retired in 1989 from General Electric. He was an avid golfer at Rogue’s Roost.

He was predeceased by his wife, Connie in 2006. He is survived by his children, Kathleen O’Neill, Marleen (Bruce Richman) O’Neill and Thomas A. (Nancy) O’Neill; two brothers, two sisters, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 to 7:00 pm Friday, November 30th at R.H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel, 6530 Schepps Corners Rd., Minoa. Funeral services begin at 10:15 am on Saturday, December 1 at the funeral home followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at St. Mary’s Church, 401 N. Main St., Minoa. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Minoa.
